About me

I’m a Senior Product Designer from the Netherlands, currently living in Copenhagen (but making my way back to Rotterdam). Over the last 15+ years, I’ve helped build accessible, user-centered digital products for everything from surplus food marketplaces to B2B logistics platforms to B2C apps.

I enjoy making complex things simple, especially in spaces where people are trying to get work done: internal tools, partner dashboards, onboarding flows. I like being involved from the early messy stages all the way through polished handoff.

My Design Principles

People first — users are humans, not edge cases
Accessible by default — design should work for everyone
Start small — rapid prototypes, constant feedback
Work in the open — share early, share often
Design is collaboration — developers, PMs, data, ops: we’re all in it

Tools I use often

Figma — my daily workspace
FigJam — for mapping messy ideas
Maze & Usertesting — for user testing and gaining quick insights
Slack & Jira/Youtrack — for working async with teams

Who I work well with

Product teams — who want to dig into the why, not just the how
Developers — who care about good UX as much as clean code
Stakeholders — open to real feedback from real users
Designers — who leave helpful comments and name their Figma layers

And a bit about me

I’m a Dutch native — fluent in English, learning Hungarian (slowly). A wife, mama of one and a vinyl junkie. I have strong opinions about everything and I like to talk, and build solid Spotify playlists. And I usually win the music round in pub quizzes.
